Last week, I joined the KFC Global Leadership Team on a trip across Riyadh, Dubai and Delhi. Every market visit brings something new and this trip was especially encouraging. In Riyadh, we were hosted by our amazing franchise partners, Americana Restaurants, and experienced the opening of their 300th KFC in Saudi Arabia. In Dubai, met with our consumer-obsessed teams, learning how they’re leveraging next-gen insights to guide the customer experience and brand at every step. And in Delhi, we discussed the strength of the brand, visited restaurants, and met with specially-abled team members to hear about their journey with KFC. Across all three cities, we saw how our local teams are bringing the brand to life with passion, courage, and resilience. Visiting KFC MENAPAKT & CCA and KFC India gives me even greater confidence in the strength of our brand, the long runway of growth ahead in these regions and the inspiration shared by our teams and franchisees.
